Burke, Warren, MacKay & Serritella is pleased to announce that Matthew Goldberg, Adair Macauley, and Ryanne Braun have joined the Firm’s Condominium & Community Associations practice group. The team, previously with Richman, Goldberg & Gorham Law Group, is well known for its industry experience and insight in representing condominiums, community associations, and residential cooperatives. The addition of these attorneys will strengthen Burke Warren’s Condominium & Community Associations Practice Group, which is further enhanced by the depth and experience of Firm attorneys who handle complex real estate, labor and employment, litigation, and other matters.

Matthew Goldberg

Matthew concentrates his practice in the areas of condominium law, real estate, litigation, and collections. He is an experienced association attorney representing condominium associations, master associations, cooperatives, and common interest communities. He provides advice on governance issues, declaration and rule enforcement, assessment collection strategies, and foreclosures. Creative solutions and outside-the-box thinking are hallmarks that have resulted in exceptional results for Matthew's clients.

Prior to joining Burke Warren, Matthew was a founding member of Richman, Goldberg & Gorham Law Group in Chicago.

Adair Macauley

Adair focuses her practice on condominium law, contracts, real estate transactions, and litigation. She has successfully represented associations in actions for collections, enforcement of governing documents and contracts, City of Chicago Municipal Code violation hearings, actions for injunctive and declaratory relief, and appeals up to the Supreme Court of Illinois. Adair regularly provides guidance to condominium association boards of directors on various topics including contracts, dispute resolution, enforcing, drafting, and amending governing documents and rules/regulations, meeting procedures, assessment collections, and foreclosures.

Ryanne Braun

Ryanne specializes in condominium law, contracts, real estate transactions, and litigation. She has a proven track record of successfully representing associations in matters such as collections, enforcement of governing documents, contract disputes, and City of Chicago Municipal Code violation hearings and appeals. Ryanne’s work also includes advising condominium association boards on a wide range of issues including contract management, dispute resolution, enforcement, drafting, and amending governing documents and rules, meeting procedures, assessment collections, and leasing and foreclosure matters.
