Ryanne Braun is an Associate at Burke, Warren, MacKay & Serritella, P.C. Ryanne concentrates her practice in the areas of business, condominium, real estate, transactions, litigation and collections.

Ryanne has a proven track record of successfully representing associations in matters such as collections, enforcement of governing documents, contract disputes, and City of Chicago Municipal Code violation hearings and appeals. Her work also includes advising condominium association boards on a wide range of issues, including contract management, dispute resolution, enforcement, drafting, and amending governing documents and rules, meeting procedures, assessment collections, leasing and foreclosure matters.

During law school, Ryanne served as President of DePaul’s Women’s Bar Association, worked on Croak Community Legal Clinic which specialized as a resource for landlords and tenants in dispute during the COVID-19 pandemic, and also volunteered for Blocks Together legal aid under the supervision of one of her practicing professors. Since becoming a member of the Illinois Bar, Ryanne has worked on complex litigation matters and transactions, and she remains a member of the Chicago Bar Association, Illinois State Bar Association, and Women’s Bar Association of Illinois.
