Ryanne E. Braun

Ryanne Braun is an Associate at Burke, Warren, MacKay & Serritella, P.C. Ryanne is a member of the Firm’s Real Estate practice group. Her practice focuses on real estate and corporate transactional work.

Ryanne joined Burke Warren through a merger after working alongside a partner whose practice combined with the Firm. This transition gave her the opportunity to continue supporting clients in a wider range of transactions while maintaining close, collaborative relationships built in her earlier practice. Ryanne approaches every matter with a focus on strategy, precision, and trust. She deeply values long-term client relationships and prioritizes understanding each client’s goals to ensure that every project aligns with each client’s long-term vision.

During law school, Ryanne served as President of DePaul’s Women’s Bar Association, worked on Croak Community Legal Clinic which specialized as a resource for landlords and tenants in dispute during the COVID-19 pandemic, and also volunteered for Blocks Together legal aid under the supervision of one of her practicing professors. Since becoming a member of the Illinois Bar, Ryanne has worked on complex litigation matters and transactions, and she remains a member of the Chicago Bar Association, Illinois State Bar Association, and Women’s Bar Association of Illinois.
