Will Guthrie is a partner at Burke, Warren, MacKay & Serritella, P.C. in the Corporate Practice Group. He represents clients in mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions and commercial transactions.

Prior to joining the firm, Will worked as a Corporate Associate at Kirkland Ellis where he specialized in mergers & acquisitions and private equity. Prior to Kirkland, he was Assistant General Counsel at Kearney, a global consulting firm with offices in more than 40 countries.
