Insurance Recovery for ESOP Community

Chris Kentra and Blake Roter are Co-Chairs of Burke Warren’s Insurance Recovery Practice Group who have substantial experience advising members of the Employee-Owned (ESOP) community on a wide variety of insurance coverage issues. Chris and Blake are members of the National Center for Employee Ownership (NCEO) and The ESOP Association (TEA). They regularly speak about insurance and indemnification issues in the ESOP community.

Burke Warren regularly represents Employee-Owned Companies, their Boards, Officers, Directors, and Selling Shareholders, in addition to ESOP Trustees and Service Providers, relating to insurance coverage in state and federal courts across the country.

We have worked to obtain proper defense and indemnification coverage for all types of liability policies. We are also well-versed in prosecuting claims for losses relating to cyber events and first-party property and business interruption losses.
